Mohingar is one of the national dishes of Myanmar. Typically served as rice vermicelli noodles in fish broth with taste of lemon grass, garlic, ginger and crunchy pith of the banana tree. This dish is commonly served as a breakfast; however it is a common snack at any time as well. It is quite simple to make but it is very tasteful. It is one of the soul food for people in Myanmar.
